How it started
A campfire, a porch, and 75 free burgers
It started at a rented house near the beach, just out of town, grilling on an open campfire. Halfway through the first round Joe said it out loud: we could really sell these in town. There was no burger here that tasted like these.
So we cooked from the porch, took orders on Facebook and WhatsApp, delivered them ourselves and gave away 75 burgers to get people talking. Nobody knew where we were. That's why it's underground.
